Returns & Exchanges – When Are They Accepted?

We only allow returns under the following specific conditions:

  • Tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact

  • No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstance
  • Approved cases will receive GIFT CARD equivalent to the item's value (excluding shipping charges)
  • GIFT CARD is valid indefinitely and can be used anytime on our website

Delivery Issues

If the order fails delivery due to customer unavailability:

  • It will be returned to us
  • You can opt for reshipping at your own cost
  • Or receive GIFT CARD (excluding original and return shipping charges)

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Track your order directly through our courier partner's website. Unfortunately, we can't provide additional updates beyond the tracking info.
